The Production
We start the project from scratch by turning the client's ideas into a solid plan. First, we write down all the game rules and create a clear "map" of how the game will work. We also set a timeline and a budget so everyone knows what to expect. This stage is all about building a strong foundation before the actual building starts.
Execution
Our teams work in parallel to speed up delivery. While the art team creates polished assets and smooth animations optimized for all mobile screens, the developers build the core engine in Unity. We implement precise game logic, parameters, and win-conditions, all secured via a robust backend server to protect player data and coin balances. To ensure long-term stability, we also deliver custom monitoring tools that allow the publishing team to track game health in real-time.
